Eliminate processed foods.
That kind of speaks for itself. Include foods with ingredients lists which you don't understand to be real food, and lists including artificial or manmade sugars like high fructose corn syrup.
Grains:
get rid of refined grains
don't have to throw it all away, much of it could be donated.
My little ones love whole grains, and I'm so happy about that.
canned foods

I found a recipe for ciabatta - Italian style bread. I'm excited to try it. It takes 18 hours to rise it so I will start it this afternoon. That way it will be ready to bake in the morning and I won't have to get up in the middle of the night.
My computer corner needs a facelift and clean,
Snoopy
needs
surgery,
it
is
scheduled
for
today.
Laundry needs to be put away, kitchen needs to be put right again. I could go on but I'm keeping it real and tomorrow is another day, we may get. I'm snowed in or I would be on my way to the meat market. I forgot to mention that I've got to begin purging my pantry.
Got my State Refund. Yeay, paid some overdue bills.
Snoopy is out of surgery and recovered nicely.
His mother is very happy for him.
